1. Apartments (max. 4 adults and 2 children)

Inside the campsite in different old houses (that were in the past old Italian farm houses) and small "rustici", were reconstructed in a rustically style. Large enough to accommodate up to 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children).
These apartments have different sizes and different number of beds.
They are completely furnished, with a modern kitchen or small kitchen area, renovated bathrooms with shower/WC, most of them with heating, place to sit outside, balcony or terrace. The "rustici" were reconstructed by retaining the original style as much as possible.

• Apartment for 2 people between € 40.00 and € 65.00 per night
• Apartment for 3 people between € 50.00 and € 85.00 per night
• Apartment for 4 people between € 60.00 and € 115.00 per night
• Apartment for 5 people between € 70.00 and € 130.00 per night
• Apartment for 6 people between € 100.00 and € 145.00 per night

 
• Final cleaning big apartment € 40.00
• Final cleaning small apartment € 30.00

• The minimum stay is 3 nights;
• Each change of arrival or departure date after booking will be charged € 20.00 (only if agreed in advanced and not always possible);;
• Stays of 3 nights high season prices are charged;
• The final cleaning has to be paid for all accommodation and is not included in the price per night (see above);
• You need to bring bed-linen, table-cloth, tea towels and bath towels with you;
• Animals are not allowed in our accommodation; Exception just in apartment “Villino 1” allowed.

• only numbers of people as booked are allowed;
• parking for one car (near the accommodation);
• electricity and gas;
• use of the swimming pool (see opening hours).
