4.a Mobil Homes, model 2005-2007 (max. 2 adults and 3 children)

The mobil homes are more spacious then the caravans (with a lenght of 6.60, 7.10 and 7.30 meters). They have a bathroom with warm and cold water connection.
The kitchen is fully furnished with oven, fridge, dishes, pots, and pans… Pillows and blankets are provided.
Besides one bedroom for adults there is another bedroom for two or three children – in those with 3 single beds – one bed above.
The living area can be converted from the sitting area in a place to sleep for 2 people (only if agreed in advance).
In front of the mobilhome a nice terrace with table and chairs, as well as a private parking for your car.

4.b Mobil Homes, model 2010 (max. 2 adults and 3 children)

The mobil homes are more spacious then the caravans (this model even 8 meters). They have a bathroom with warm and cold water connection, plus a toilet / sink per double room.
The kitchen is fully furnished with oven, fridge, dishes, pots, and pans… Pillows and blankets are provided.
Besides one bedroom for adults there is another bedroom for two or three children – in those with 3 single beds – one bed above.
The living area can be converted from the sitting area in a place to sleep for 2 people (only if agreed in advance).
In front of the mobilhome a nice terrace with table and chairs, as well as a private parking for your car.

MOBIL HOME

• Mobil home between € 67.00 and € 125.00 per night
• Final cleaning € 30.00

• The minimum stay is 3 nights;
• Each change of arrival or departure date after booking will be charged € 20.00 (only if agreed in advanced and not always possible);;
• Stays of 3 nights high season prices are charged;
• The final cleaning has to be paid for all accommodation and is not included in the price per night (see above);
• You need to bring bed-linen, table-cloth, tea towels and bath towels with you; Bed linen is only provided and included in the price in the luxury-apartments, in apartment “Cipresso” and in house “Casa Limone”;
• Animals are not allowed in our accommodation; Exception just in apartment “Cipresso” allowed.

• parking for one car (near the accommodation);
• electricity and gas.
