1. Luxury-apartments (max. 4 adults and 2 children)

Built in May 2000, there are 14 new constructed luxury-apartments.

Individual apartments (always two floors: parterre and 1. floor) attached to each other with separate gardens (50 sq m and 80 sq m), everyone with a covered place to sit outside (table + garden chairs provided), a small private garden in front of the living room and kitchen, upstairs on the first floor the bedroom with a balcony (two bedrooms in the 80 sq m apartments).

2 apartments are suitable for disabled with ramps and aids.

The furnishing reflects the southern Italian flair. All have been selected for high standards, with a sofa in the living-room that becomes a bed for two people, a satellite-TV, a fully furnished kitchen with dish-washer, big electrical oven and fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and vacuum-cleaner. Washing machine only in 80 sq m apartments.

One or two bedrooms on the first floor, some with double bunk beds for children, and others with sliding door between the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Every apartment has a private parking place.

Bed linen is provided and included in the price. You should bring tablecloth, bath towels and tea towels with you.

• The minimum stay is 3 nights;
• Each change of arrival or departure date after booking will be charged € 20.00 (only if agreed in advanced and not always possible);;
• Stays of 3 nights high season prices are charged;
• The final cleaning has to be paid for all accommodation and is not included in the price per night (see above);
• You need to bring bed-linen, table-cloth, tea towels and bath towels with you; Bed linen is only provided and included in the price in the luxury-apartments, in apartment “Cipresso” and in house “Casa Limone”;
• Animals are not allowed in our accommodation; Exception just in apartment “Cipresso” allowed.
